Changing the time period

On the Dashboard, Summary, Timeline, Screen Analysis, Opportunity Finder, and Wait Time Analysis pages, you can click Calendar to change the time period. For instance, you can see information for the current or any prior week, month, quarter, or year.

Note: On the Timeline and Wait Time Analysis pages, you can only choose weeks or months.

Selecting the current week, month, quarter, or year

To change the data to reflect the current week, month, quarter, or year, follow these steps:

  1. Click the current choice. Workforce Intelligence defaults to the last time period you selected.

  2. Choose the time period you want, such as this week, month, quarter, or year.

When you choose a current time period, the name of that time period then appears.

Selecting a prior week, month, quarter, or year

To change the data to reflect the prior week, month, quarter, or year, follow these steps:

  1. Click the current choice.

  2. Click Calendar.

  3. Click Weeks, Months, Quarters, or Years to choose the type of time period.

  4. Click the arrow and select the time period you want.
