Applications summary

The Applications summary provides a graphical view of how applications were used in your organization.

The information shown changes as you drill up or down through your organization. For instance, this summary may show you information about application usage for your department, team, or associates.

Hover your mouse over a segment to see detailed information about the use of that application.

To see the hours spent in that application for each team or associate, click an application. Click the application again to go back to the previous display.

Keep in mind that clicking an application also filters the other summaries to only show information for that application. For instance, if Outlook is one of the applications and you click it, Workforce Intelligence only shows the teams that use Outlook and the days on which they used Outlook.
