Wait Time Details table
Use this table to see detailed wait time information for each application or business unit. The information is presented in these columns:
Application Name – Shows the application or screen's alias name or the name of the business unit.
To see the screens that
comprise the application, click the arrow next to Application
Name. To see the business units, click the arrow next to the screens.
To view the next level of the hierarchy, click the drill down arrow next to the business units.
App. Time – Shows the total time spent in that application.
In Focus Wait Time – Shows the time that was spent waiting on the application to respond while the application or webpage was in focus.
Out of Focus Wait Time – Shows the time spent waiting for the application to respond while the application or webpage was out of focus.
Total Wait Time – Shows the total wait time that occurred while working with that application or webpage.
Waiting % – Shows the total wait time divided by the total amount of time spent working with that application or webpage. For example, if the user spent 10 hours (600 minutes) working in an application and 15 minutes were spent waiting for the application to respond, the system would show 2.5%.
Average Wait – Shows the average wait time for this application or webpage.
Instances – Shows the number of times the application or webpage incurred a wait time interval that was longer than the threshold.
>=10 – Shows the number of times the user had to wait for 10 or more seconds when using this application or webpage.
6-9 – Shows the number of times the user had to wait for six to nine seconds when using this application or webpage.
3-5 – Shows the number of times the user had to wait for three to five seconds when using this application or webpage.
<3 – Shows the number of times the user had to wait for three or less seconds when using this application or webpage.
Peak Wait – Shows, for this application or webpage, the longest amount of time the user had to wait and the date on which that occurred.
To export the detail information in .CSV or Excel format, click the
Export button . You can
then use that information in reports.
