Application Usage chart
Use the Application Usage chart to see a list of the various applications in use, what percentage of the time is spent using the application, and whether the use of the application is trending up, down, or remaining the same. The color to the left of the application's name indicates which work category the application was assigned.
To determine trending, Workforce Intelligence compares activity in the current time period to the previous date range, such as this month compared to last month.
Hover your mouse over an application to see additional information, including the actual hours spent in the application and a comparison with the previous time period so you can see if there is a trend in usage.
Click any application name to jump to the Summary page where you can see additional information about the applications being used by your associates.

Shows you the name of the application. The names that appear here are defined by your Workforce Intelligence administrator. |
Total |
Shows you the percentage of time this application was in use. |
Trend |
Shows you whether the application's use is trending up or down or remaining the same. For instance if you see an up arrow and a thumbs up: it means this application is being used more than in the previous period and this is a good trend. If, however, you saw a arrow pointing up and a thumbs down, it would mean that more time is being spent in this application and this is a bad trend. |
