This chart includes the following columns of information.

Column	This column...
Departments	Shows you the name of the department or group in your organization's hierarchy. Your Workforce Intelligence administrator sets up and maintains this hierarchy.
Score	Provides a score for each department then shows you the percentage for each category within that department. For instance, it shows you the total... Production time Other Work Non Work Idle time Unknown Missing hours Time is deemed as unknown if it is spent in applications or websites which have not been mapped to a category. Your Workforce Intelligence administrator handles the mapping of applications and websites.
Top 5 Applications	Lists the five most often used applications within the department.
Total	Shows you the percentage of time this department spent in each application.
