Using the Focus chart

Focus chart

This chart lets you see a ranking of your associates based on their production time score.

To see the associate's production and expected hours for this time period, hover your mouse over an associate's score.

To sort the list of associates alphabetically by first name or by their scores, click the arrows beside the column titles.

If you click an associate in this chart, Workforce Intelligence filters the other chart to show only the applications that associate used on the days that associate worked.

You can click on multiple associates to add them to the Daily Time chart at the bottom of the page. The highlighted are then included in the Daily Time chart. To deselect an associate, click the associate again.
