Using the Time of Day chart

Time of Day chart

Us this chart to view the following information for the applications or business units you selected on the Average Wait by Application Heat Map:

When wait times occurred for each day or week
The total number of wait time intervals
The longest wait time interval during that day or week
The average wait time for that day or week
The threshold setting. For example, if the threshold is set to 10 seconds, any wait time interval that is 10 seconds or longer is included in the data the system presents. Wait times that are less than 10 seconds are ignored.

Note: To change the threshold, contact your Workforce Intelligence administrator.

To see the average wait time for the day or week in seconds, hover over one of the bars in the Average Wait Time Over Threshold column.
