Average Wait by Application heat map

Use the heat map to see which of the top ten business units or applications and webpages incurred the most wait time. The system sorts these applications and webpages by the average amount of wait time incurred.

To drill down into the various application screens that comprise the application, click the Screen icon.

To filter by a business unit, click the name of the business unit.

To filter by an application or website, click the name of an application or website.

To filter on a business unit and an application, click the intersection between the application and business unit. Your selection is reflected on the Time of Day chart and in the Wait Time Details table.

To move upwards through the hierarchy, click the breadcrumbs.

To move down a level in the hierarchy, click the drill down arrow.
