Opportunity Finder
Click Analysis > Opportunity Finder to see the top opportunities for potential savings for the time frame that you selected. Workforce Intelligence shows the top 100 opportunities, based on potential savings. Use the filters on the left of the page to filter the top 100 opportunities by department, application, opportunity types, or minimum amounts. The system calculates the annualized savings for each opportunity. This can help you identify areas where you can improve the efficiency of your workforce and lower labor costs.
You can change the time period to see opportunities for any week, month, quarter, or year for which you have accumulated data. The top of the page shows you the time period that you selected, the production score of the department or team that you selected, and the total number of hours for that time period.
The top of the page summarizes the opportunities that exceed the minimum annualized value threshold and presents the following information. You can sort the opportunities by the highest savings or most employees.

Potential Savings |
Shows the potential savings an opportunity presents, based on the time frame you selected. The system calculates the savings using an hourly rate. The default is $22 per hour. Your system administrator can change the default rate and set up rates for individual departments in your hierarchy. For more information, see Calculate annualized savings. |
Opportunities |
Shows the number of opportunities that are included in the potential savings. |
Applications |
Shows the number of applications that are included in the potential savings. |
Employees Impacted |
Shows the number of unique employees that are included in the potential savings. |
Select items in the left column to drill down through your departments and to filter the results by application, type of opportunity, or minimum amount.
Follow these steps to view detailed information about an opportunity, including results for each individual:
Select the filters to display the opportunity you want to learn more about.
Click Learn more to display the Opportunity Details page.
Opportunity aliases have a default name, but you can change this name to something more easy for you to recognize. When you change the name of the opportunity alias, any subsequent opportunities that the system captures reflect the new name.
Click the Rename icon.
Enter the new alias.
Click Save.
To export the detail information in comma-separated value (.CSV) or
Excel format, click the Export
button . You can then use that
information in reports.
