Wait Time page
The Wait Time page shows you how much time associates spend waiting on applications to respond and webpages or web applications to load. For more information on how the system defines wait time for applications and browsers, see Wait time.
Note: You must be assigned to the Analyst role to use the tools on the Wait Time page. For more information, contact your Workforce Intelligence administrator.
Workforce Intelligence shows a list of the top 10 applications and webpages that are categorized as Production or Other Work and which log the most wait time. You can change the time period to see wait time data for any week or month for which you have accumulated data.
The top of the page shows you the time period you selected, the score for that time period, and the total number of hours within the shifts captured between the time period you selected. The system omits applications and webpages with less than 10 occurrences of wait time in the time period you selected.
Note: Use drill down arrows
and breadcrumbs to move
through your organization.
The Wait Time page presents the following information.
Use the Average Wait by Application heat map to see the various applications and websites which have been affected by wait times during the selected time period. When you click an application or website, the other charts and tables on this page update to reflect your selection.
Use the Time of Day chart to see how many instances of wait times occurred, the peak or longest wait time interval, and the average wait time for the day or week.
Use the Wait Time Details table to see, for each application or webpage, detailed information about the wait time tracked during the time period you selected.
